  I originally had an issue with the product that arrived. The label had been changed by the company, so it led me to believe I was not receiving the correct item. Seller immediately responded to my first email with my concerns & asked me upload a picture of the item I received. They researched the matter and learned that the product label had been changed but what I was seeking, (some specific ingredients), were indeed in the product. Seller Responsive, clear and willing to resolve.

I received notifications from the seller, who is very pleasant, at different points throughout the process regarding order status.   They were quick to respond in letting me know the Canada Post Office was on strike and asked me for a different mailing address. They sent the package UPS and still arrived on time. Thank you.   Paid on 7/21 and item never shipped out so an "item not received" case was opened. Received a response from seller that the item was backorder and asked if I wanted a refund or to wait. I requested a refund and still haven't heard back. You shouldn't list things for sale if you don't have them on hand.
