  Excellent and seamless service. I recommend the seller who went out of his way to ensure the safe and speedy arrival of the machine, I live on a difficult to find farm, one with a narrow access track, and to ensure that an issue with the machine set up was quickly resolved, researching the issue and coming back to me in less than an hour of my request for help. As it happened it was an error on my part, not the machine’s. Very satisfied.

  Delivery was reasonable (5 days including weekend), well packed, and new just as advertised. It appears to be working perfectly. It also came with an adapter for UK plugs, which I wasn't expecting, so it was nice that was included (it looks like they added that as an extra). I've plugged it in, and it looks great waiting for my next package to weigh. Very happy - would definitely order from them again! THANK YOU!

  New item - box had clearly been opened and was damaged (just label damage as described and also polystyrene packaging was damaged) but it was registered with KitchenAid as brand new for the warranty and works perfectly. Really happy with it. Arrived the next day which was quicker than advertised - couldn’t be happier. Thank you.
