  The customer service was outstanding. I ordered two items, and bearfamily2021 reduced the per-item shipping cost. They arrived before the estimated date. Each pullover was neatly folded and in its own bag. Since I already own three LL Bean Cottage Fleece tops, I knew what to expect. While these were pre-owned, I couldn't tell that. They are in excellent condition. I purchased two quality tops for less than one new one.
