  The item that i purchased was sent promptly and packed very securely. Unfortunately there was was a technical problem with the unit that was beyond my ability to fix, so i got in touch with the seller to to see if we could resolve it. This kind of thing happens every once in a while with used electronic equipment. But the seller was helpful and made some constructive suggestions before doing the right thing and giving me a refund. Long story short, i'd gladly do business with this seller again.

  I am so happy with this seller's shipping! My item was wrapped nicely and I received a beautiful as described item....no breaks. I say this bc many sellers don't take the time to insure the fragility of items during shipping.
