  The parcel arrived very quickly and was well packed, but the wrong disc was sent in error. I emailed the seller, who responded immediately, and sent out the correct disc straight away. (I didn't have to do anything more.) This also arrived quickly and was packed well. Condition excellent/new and the price is great. Seller communication and service has been outstanding and I will certainly look to buy from him again. A definite 5* and a big recommendation from me. Thank you.

  This was lost in transit but tracking shows it was sent the same day I ordered it. After contacting the seller I had a very quick reply explaining that they didn't have a replacement available and I was issued an immediate refund. I would absolutely buy from this seller again as the issue was beyond their control, they did everything right and rectified the issue immediately and very satisfactorily. Thank you!
