  Item came in very good condition and as described. Item was described as having broken fence which came with and I attached with glue so looks good as new. Great value. Packaging with packing paper was great to protect items. Shipping speed fast with FedEx. Communication response time when I had questions about combining shipping was excellent. Seller combined shipping for me for multiple items. Great seller and I would definitely buy from again! One of my favorite Dept 56 sellers!

  Communication with this seller was excellent! They went way above and beyond by offering and sending many additional pictures so I could make sure I would be happy with my purchase! I love it and it's better than described!! Shipping and packaging was excellent! It was packed beautifully in a baggie within a box and I received it without any damage.   Although I had to cancel the transaction, the seller was very understanding and I had no problems.
