  Experience was positive on the whole. All parcels arrived very quickly and were tracked. The company sent me the wrong product, then said they would send out correct product. However, they then sent out the wrong product again. However, they responded promptly to all of my emails and arranged for the incorrect lights to be collected from me at a time that was convenient to me, again tracked, and issued the correct lights. Mistakes happen and this felt well handled. Thank you.

  Item arrived damaged, but well packaged and clearly damage caused by courier, tried a second but same thing happened. Got a full refund with no hassle, good comms and good seller, only let down by the delivery network.
