  Although the disk was old and very damaged (not visibly), I was able to slowly restore the files one by one over a two-day period. This seller generously offered to refund the full cost, but I am positive they did not know about the damage. That is great service, and I appreciate it! Luckily, I was able to inform this seller that I got it to work. Thanks again for your generosity and understanding.
