  The watch was shipped very quickly after purchase, but unfortunately, due to the postal service, the watch arrived late and damaged through no fault of the seller. The seller was very helpful when I reached out to them, explaining how we could file a claim with USPS. They even went above and beyond and offered to refund the money when it was unnecessary. I can definitely recommend this seller...buy with confidence!

  While the packaging could have been more secure for this fragile item, the water spike arrived undamaged. Shipping label was created on the 25th, same day I paid for the item. Package was in possession of the USPS on the 29th. Thanks! It's beautiful.
