  The packaged arrived on time and was very well packaged. Unfortunately one of the items was broken. Contacted the seller who is providing a replacement. The item was fragile and had several wrappings around it. None of the outer wrappings showed any damage. For the price charged for the item I feel it was great value and it appears to be of good quality .

  I have bought from bathrooms for less before and believe in their products. Unfortunately, this time the delivery from E Logistics was shocking and slow, contacting them was a joke, they promised delivery every single day for four consecutive days and it was delivered on the fifth day. It was more than inconvenient and inconsiderate and I had to reschedule appointments repeatedly due to their incompetence. The product was delivered to e-logistics from Bathrooms4less promptly.

  Amazing seller, kept me informed and customer service was second to none. Came with missing valves but these were delivered within 18 hours of my contacting them. People were very friendly and helpful. 5***** seller

  The item was despatched by the seller the same day it was ordered. The Evri Courier attended my home address & due to no-one being at home it was not left Arrangements were made for it to be taken to a drop box 2 days later. After 2 weeks this has still not taken place & the item is still shown as being out for delivery. Evri have been contacted on several occasions via their chat box. Total waste of time as they NEVER respond despite promises to do so in 24hrs. Refund provided by seller.

  Part was reasonably priced & shipped quickly, but unfortunately was only in a plastic sleeve and had been bent and snapped in transit, making it unusable. Seller promptly refunded my payment, so nothing lost but my time.
