    I ordered the wrong rug from the multiple choice. But with a email through Ebay to the seller this was changed without any bother and the rug that I wanted was delivered. It was dilivered fast and well packaged. Great customer service that I would recommend as the rug is as described a Big thank you. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

    I order size 220x60 and they send me 120x60 and when I message them about it they wanted to see pic of size from back side of rug , I send it to them and waiting 2 days for reply.. that not good experience ! I just want for what I pay .. I can’t leave negative experience that’s why I put positive but is really not positive

    Item received quickly, but was not the grey one ordered. More purple than grey. It was hard to determine why this occurred due to no info on the pack ie no colour details so don’t know whether that is their grey or what. So I first contacted the seller stating my issue, but when they failed to respond, back it went and I will go elsewhere instead!!
