  Package was sent back to China due to tariffs. Seller sent my item back out quickly using a different carrier and sent me another tracking number. I asked them what was going on and they quickly explained what happen. I received my package today after some time and everything was perfectly packaged and in excellent new condition. This seller is a 5 star seller and I will be ordering from them again soon. Thank you!!!

  Ok so first off ill start with saying! I would buy from again. My item, the T-800 endo skull came in the mail in this beautiful custom black box, it looked packed ok but when I opened it the product was smashed to bits. I took all the pictures and sent them promptly to the seller. The got back to me promptly also! Given the time change as i'm in central Canada. They tried anyway to make me happy and at the end of they day, I am happy. New peice, small damage but minimal due to better packaging.

  Item arrived well packaged and secure. Unfortunately, it was not the item that I had ordered. What I received was Ocular Max PS-25 A, which is different than the figure used for the photos and listing. A small detail that I'm not overly upset over, but I encourage everyone to contact the seller and confirm the details before purchasing.
