  I'm very pleased with the whole process of buying this superb laptop. It arrived the next working day well packaged and in absolutely mint condition and unused as specified. The price was really good for such a high spec laptop. Communication with the seller has been excellent and I have received very helpful technical advice to help me set it up to my requirements. I have no hesitation in recommending the seller and his service and would happily purchase from him again. I highly recommend.

  Huge thanks to the seller for such a wonderful experience! The delivery was lightning fast, the packaging was beyond praise, and the quality of the goods was perfect, just as described. And when a small problem with the delivery arose, the seller simply amazed me with their speed! They called me back immediately, sorted everything out with the delivery company, and within half an hour everything was at my place! Now that's service – above and beyond expectations!

  The seller quality of the laptop is top notch and the condition is excellent as advertised and specified. The appearance is as good as new except few scratches at the bottom which is not noticeable. I really received value for my money. The seller was very helpful throughout the sale and sent it earlier than expected. I’m happy that it was delivered the next day in well packaged in pristine condition. I will surely buy from them again. I am Overall satisfied.

  Slight issue with the description as no LTE function when it arrived. Seller offered a full refund or a reduced price. The seller was responsive throughout the return. The item though was in excellent condition which I could not fault. Even though this didn't work out for me this time I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this seller if you need a laptop.   Very happy, purchased a pc that was delivered just 2 days after payment was made. The pc was well packaged and came without any problems. The pc was exactly as described, well built using quality components. Nice touches like all drivers up to date and bios well configured. Excellent communication throughout. Would highly recommend and would happily purchase from again.

  I’ve been online shopping since 1996. I was an Amazon customer when Amazon was a bookstore. I can honestly say that this was one of the smoothest buying experiences I ever had. I ordered at noon, I received my laptop at noon the next day. Carefully packaged. Exactly as described on eBay. They were courteous enough to remind me of a £75 discount code I had forgotten to benefit from.
