  Had a rough start because they ended up not having the light to sell and the order was cancelled and my money refunded. When I called to complain, customer service was very apologetic and then bent over backwards to make it right. They were able to pull another light and sent it to me same day and covered the shipping. What started out as a "Will never buy from again." turned into a very positive experience due to great customer service. I wouldn't hesitated to buy from BAS again.

  Please understand the rating of the item bears nothing against this great seller. I knew going in this was a ‘salvaged’ part from a plane accident so could not expect perfect. The part had minor damage that left it bent out of shape. When I let them know they immediately responded will to ship another part, great customer service! I was about to reshape it back to compliance. They actually sent a different part from what was shown in the pic, but I modified it to work.

  I've said many times before, that BAS is a class act. The wrong item was sent, I let them know, and a new one was here within the matter of 3 days. No questions asked. Love doing business with these folks.
