However, the seller was extremely professional—quickly offered to send a replacement and, when I explained that I needed it as a birthday gift and wouldn’t receive it in time, promptly issued a full refund. Even though I didn’t get the item, I truly appreciate the seller’s excellent communication, honesty, and commitment to customer satisfaction. Highly recommended! 👍
