The packer whom packed my package deserves a medal, superb....second to none!!! My item was described perfectly , postage was extremely reasonable for the size of the item, excellent value for the money I paid. I wish all charities that sell on this site were as honest as Barnardo's...I speak from experience!! KEEP UP ALL THE GOOD WORK YOU DO XX

Would recommend this seller, only downside is the packaging could be more secure as you could see what's inside the box without opening it. Also if it rained whilst on delivery the inside would have been water damaged. Also for the postage costs you'd expect more than paper protection, however I cannot complain as they did state they don't use bubble wrap to protect the environment.

I would be more than happy to recommend this Charity Shop above most on this site. Second to none packaging, fast dispatch, postage amount charged for two large items was extremely excellent value. (THIS IS NOT THE SELLER'S FAULT AS ITEMS ARE DONATED). Fast refund for the cost of the part so I was still happy and will be able to use the dock saving me returning it. This means that Banardo's still receive some money towards the charity and not have an item returned that is uncomplete and probably not easy to sell. This item was great value . Happy to buy from them again. Thank you Banardo's :-)
