  The seller sold a defective pair of headphones that did not hold charge for more than 5-10 minutes. It took a month to get a return label and the seller falsely accused me of sending back a pair of headphones that they hadn't shipped to me. Be warned, this seller is likely to scam you and delay your refund by 2 months...

  The items arrived in good condition, promptly and well packaged. There was a specification issue with the description of the item on eBay website, so the wrong ones were sent and had to be returned. The supplier provided excellent assistance to resolve the issue and refunded the full amount. I cannot fault this supplier - they did the right thing at every step. Recommend!
