  The product was Delivered by Auspost to the wrong address, however the seller quickly contacted me when i said i had not recieved it. and resolved the issue quickly and sent the solution to me immediately. would definitely deal with them again

  I tried to understand how the information would arrive. I read the details and summised that a cd rom would arrive. After communication with the retailer it seemed that I needed to download. I've been around a long time doing ebay but this time I was a bit confused. Anyway, they sent the pdf file to my email. I guess they assumed I would understand the information on how to receive the file. I think communication needs to be clarified. Just tell people it's a pdf download that will be released y
