  My item arrived, but wasn't the advertised size of 12mm. It was a 10mm. They offerered my $4 refund and that I could resell the item. I negotiated $10 return. Their communication wasnt great, and im not sure they have great knowledge of what they are selling.

  I would never deal with this seller again, they shipping the wrong item, then admitted it and said they will send another one. Months later and still have not received anything, will now not return any of my messages asking for a full refund, it is absolutely disgusting behaviour they should not be allowed to trade in this way.

  The switch did not work on my renault trafic van. I returned the item and was refunded. Dissapointing it didnt work but happy with the service, postage times, communication and refund.
