  Unfortunately, although I recognised the seller was based in Israel, I had not appreciated that VAT & customs taxes would be due on delivery (USA originated items always seem to have a VAT & duty caution against them). Sadly this meant I had to cancel the order, however the seller could not have been more helpful. The refund came extremely promptly, and the communication was first class. Although nothing got bought in the end, I suspect this is a first class seller with integrity.

  I had a fantastic experience dealing with Lior. I was initially going to purchase swim2watch but, unfortunately, realised it wouldn’t arrive in time before I travel overseas. Throughout, Lior was incredibly responsive, helpful, and went above and beyond to answer all my questions efficiently and clearly.
