  Unfortunately, although I recognised the seller was based in Israel, I had not appreciated that VAT & customs taxes would be due on delivery (USA originated items always seem to have a VAT & duty caution against them). Sadly this meant I had to cancel the order, however the seller could not have been more helpful. The refund came extremely promptly, and the communication was first class. Although nothing got bought in the end, I suspect this is a first class seller with integrity.

  I had a fantastic experience dealing with Lior. I was initially going to purchase swim2watch but, unfortunately, realised it wouldn’t arrive in time before I travel overseas. Throughout, Lior was incredibly responsive, helpful, and went above and beyond to answer all my questions efficiently and clearly.   Fantastic item. Delivery delayed due to issues locally (received from Israel) nothing to do with seller. Seller was fantastic. Communication and prompt responses. Before purchasing he even recommended a slightly better version of the watch at the same price. Would use seller again and highly recommend.

  Sadly the item got lost in the post but the seller was fantastic. Very quick to respond and kept me up to date with everything. They refunded the money without being asked to as soon as it became apparent the item had been delayed. Would definitely buy from them again .
