  Seller agreed to free UPS Shipping if I paid full price. Seller shipped quickly & item arrived (2) days earlier than expected. Because conditioner was packaged poorly. tossed into a reusable thin Amazon Prime box w/o inner protective packaging - esp. the cap - which would have prevented leakage, I opened the box to find a HOT, SOUPY MESS! I sent the Seller a message w/o response. This Seller didn't care to package well or respond w/humility. Find another Seller who cares from start to finish.
