  CONDITION AND APPEARANCE... Ordered a ball cap and it was shipped in a flat envelope, instead of a box and therefore the hat was crushed and creased... was going to give the hat as a gift but I can not give someone a hat ad a gift thay looks like it had been sat on for days... very disappointed that for $10 in shipping costs, that it was not shipped in a box to protect the structure of the hat.
