I had a good experience with this seller.When I placed my order I didn't realize delivery would be after I moved out of my current location I made contact explained my problem and it was refunded and not a complaint from either side so thank you

This coat was advertized as 100% fox fur, but,I ordered Four 100% fox fur coats from this seller. One coat as ordered. This coat arrived as polyester immitation fur. One didn't show up at all. I complained to the seller, but, we have not come to any satisfactory resolution. I have sent this immitation fur coat back, so far on my nickle and would like a total refund for the Three coats and return shipping costs.
