  seller shipped ceramic cup in plastic bag with only sheer bubble wrap. item may have been new when shipped, now it is damaged due to handling despite not yet showing the result of the microfractures ceramics get when exposed to handling without suitable protection. seller did not respond in message to help with issue. fortunately caveat emptor law favors the buyer when the seller has evident duty performance issues.
