  The item is as listed and arrived in a timely manner. The only issue I ran into is that there was absolutely no tracking information until after the item was delivered. I had reached out to their customer service to find out when the item would be shipping as nothing had updated for a few days but they were of no assistance; just canned answers.

  This is a great seller. The Carrier lost my package and the seller gave me a refund. When my package arrived at my residence the seller insisted that I just keep it as it is considered lost. I wish they had not lost out on their payment over the carrier's service.It's not their fault, will definitely do business with them again!

  Mix up on size of bag shipped, however seller was willing to issue a partial refund of the purchase price. I will continue to use Backyard Pool Superstore for all my pool chemicals as I have in the past several years. These folk are real professionals in their business dealings. Cannot beat there prices anywhere!

  Hi. My package arrived a day earlier than expected (delivery was excellent) but several of the caps had loosened within the plastic wrapping, causing mild leaking. Nothing terrible but the box was obviously wet as you can see from the photo. I didn’t lose too much product from first appearances but the containers were wet and I didn’t opt to experiment much with them.
