Post office was slow to deliver (being the holiday season that is about par for the course). The first time I reached out to seller they were fast to respond, second time no response at all. Was packaged very well so no problem there.

I never confirmed or processed the purchase but received notice that I did even though my canceled credit card from several weeks ago was compromised. I immediately attempted to cancel the order which I never confirmed but told it could not be canceled because product was already shipped which was a lie
