    The bowls arrived thoroughly packed and in excellent condition as described. They are beautiful! I really appreciated that the seller offered a choice of different shipping options with varying prices. I wish more sellers would do this, rather than only offering one rather expensive shipping price.

    Seller is very conscientious. He noticed a chip and offered me the option of either canceling the order, or receiving a significant discount. I still wanted the item, so he shipped promptly and issued a partial refund. Item was packaged very well. Great customer service.
