  Blouse was stained from shoulder to hem but described as NEW and NEVER WORN. I contacted the Seller immediately with pictures showing the condition of the blouse. Seller told me to start a return. I did. Seller delayed in sending return label. Also eBay had to nudge Seller to refund me.
