  My experience with the seller was very positive. However the item was lacking the hardware. Item was listed as new and seller was not aware that hardware should’ve been included. They received the item this way. Even though returns are generally accepted, they immediately initiated one without question. Even responded immediately, which was unexpected, as they indicated out of office.

  "Yes, and you sent me the message asking where it was . I’m not mailman. I put it in the mail. They take it from there." When the package, DIDN'T arrived on Saturday, I asked where was my package on Monday and this was the seller's response "I'm not mailman." Wasn't the response I was expecting LOUSY, DISRESPECTFUL, I DON'T NEED YOUR ATTITUDE, JUST THE PRODUCT, to be fair, the REFUND was FAST, thank Goodness, BUT AS FOR THIS COMPANY, I DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME, GARBAGE!!!!!!!!!...

  Buyer sent "where is my package?" Advised it showed out for delivery which they said "Look at the date" I advised that I am not USPS and had no clue where the package is after I put it in the mail and USPS took over. I have no more info than the same tracking information USPS provides. Then issued a refund. Sellers don't have insider information that is hidden from the buyer on the location of the package in USPS system. If rude to me, don't expect nice in return.
