I would like to point out that I was interested in this game, I did not reach out to the seller, the seller reached out to ME directly for a discounted price. I did not make any offers first. I accepted the offer. After 5 days, there was no shipping notification so I reached out - seller said they were busy - no big deal. A day later, I get a message saying the seller "lost" the game and cannot find it.
