  This time I am seriously very happy for waiting the seller out, I waited at least 3 months for the seller to reduce to half the original asking price, and then I offered about a third of the reduced price. Very much to my surprise, but not disappointment , the seller accepted. I ended up paying less than 20% what the seller was originally asking. Sometimes waiting pays off.
