  Item arrived securely packaged and works perfectly, just as described. The condition is excellent. The only points for improvement would be the handling time, as it took a few business days to ship, and including the original box if the item is listed as new. Overall, a great value and a positive transaction.

  Got the model pretty quick, I got what was exactly pictured in the auction. I saw the box was a little damaged in the auction, turns out the models pillars where bent as if having something heavy set on top of it or rough shipping but also could have been packaged better. I did message the seller but haven't heard back. Im feeling neutral in my feedback just because of the packaging to be honest. I know if it was packaged better, it may have not had this damage but again, I can't blame seller

  After a week of not seeing a tracking number, I contacted the seller, who finally got it going. The unit is as advertised except it is missing the brush that is for cleaning the inside of the unit. Fortunately I have the brush from my old unit. Good Product, slow shipping and missing brush = 4 stars.

  Excellent seller and prompt delivery. Item is exactly as described and pictured. Packaging was over the top for the abuses of shipping so buy with confidence from this seller. About the item itself, great quality. This is my second time buying this product. My original finally wore out after more than a few years of abuse. If properly taken care of, they last a long time and function superbly, I much prefer these to a gopro or similar
