  Well packaged, polite seller, shipped quickly. My only issue is one of the cups has a pretty ugly flaw, see photo, that wasn't mentioned. Meaning I'm one cup short as I'd never use that one.

  I had the stoneware dishes delivered to Argos so the delivery was very convenient for me. The items were packed really well, covered in bubble wrap, which I was really happy about, no way we're they going to break! Items were as in the photographs and a really good price for beautiful traditional English pottery. Can't wait to use them, many thanks again :)

  The Seller replied promptly and delivered quickly. Unfortunately the item was faulty but the Seller could not have been better in dealing with the issue and promptly arranging the refund. I rate the Seller highly.
