  Advertised as new( See below what he sent.) The seller is unfriendly, sending you unfriendly messages when you ask for a return. ( See below ). If that's not enough, he'll tell you the box was wrapped in cellophane. If you don't believe me, test it. It will ask for photos several times as if it had not received them and as if it did not have access to the initial request with photos. Please, eBay, pay attention to this fraud.
