  I have had a very positive experience with this supplier. The goods were dipatched on time but the courier made delivery to the wrong house. The isue is being resolved by the courier. Throught I received reassurance from the supplier, who has not only dispatched a replacement, but also refunded me 10% for the inconvinience, which was a generous gesture.
