  Seller was responsive and accurate with answering my questions about a door I wanted. Once i purchased the item, it shipped LIGHTNING FAST. Bought it on a Thursday, shipped the same day, delivered the next day! The door was exactly as described. Highly recommend this seller if you find what you’re looking for.

  Shipping was good the packaging could have been better than just rapped in plastic on a pallet. There was a damaged tab on the inside of the bumper when I was told that there was no damage on their notes . But overall it was mostly as described. I think I could have paid less for the part as there was more expensive and cheaper options but I needed the part and there was good communication when I had questions

  Item exactly as described. Had a small issue but they were responsive and supportive in finding a solution. Unfortunately a part of the item was damaged during shipping although it was packed well. But the seller quickly sent me a partial refund so I could replace the piece.

  Overall satisfied. Ordered a transmission for my GLI and it arrived as expected. Shipping was lengthy but that is not the sellers fault as it is freight, that's just how it is. But the transmission is fully functional as described. Arrived on a pallet via freight and was as well packaged as it can get. Seller was fair on price negotiations, settled on a very fair price including shipping. I would recommend this seller all in all.

  Seller took great care in shipping the truck door that I had ordered. They took the time to ship it standing up and not lay it flat. It was covered with heavy card board and banded to the pallet. It had one very small spot that I didn't see in the photo but It was hardly even visible. Door was as described. It also was shipped to my house and not a freight terminal, which made me happy. The door was from an older model so the red was a different shade of red.
