  I received and opened the box at the upholsters shop yesterday, we were amazed at the wrinkles that the seat covers came! He told me he would do the best he could with them, and he showed me all that was concerning regarding them! You/Your company needs to rethink the packaging of your products, just to save a couple bucks in shipping, I’m sure that we as customers would rather pay then have them arrive in the condition that mine came in like! They were completely smashed and all wrinkled up!

  Fashion shipping good communication unfortunately color did not match the picture so I had to send them back. It was really good quality too.

  1-The listing and seller's profile advise of a U.S. location, but shipping was from Pakistan. 2-Pre-purchase, seller said install written instructions + a video tutorial would be provided, but neither was provided. Upon requesting after purchase, seller did not respond. 3-Seat bottoms are not snug as depicted in the pictures. 4-There are 2 areas where stitching was starting to come apart and 1 area where it partially had. 5-Upper seat back covers too long to properly stay latched at the bottom.

  Seller knew I needed those bottom bottom piece but he sent the top and not the bottom plus sell states tht the 160 wld be for top and bottom for one seat and I did not receive this only top
