  This is the worse experience I have ever had with a seller. I receive an empty box , no product in box. Remember an empty box, no product in box. I have been going back and forth with seller since 10/04/25, today is 10/07/25. The seller keeps insisting I received the product. Seems the do not understand the box was empty. The box was sealed, looks like it left the shipper empty. I am asking for the product or refund. I do not know how to make them understand "NO PRODUCT, EMPTY BOX RECEIVED."
