  Great eBayer ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ thank you. Unfortunately the Seller could not deliver to the UK safely, after seeing if they could without damage. Quickly contacted me and refunded the money. Totally understand as it would be hard to ship without getting damaged.

  Les balais reçu ne sont pas ceux représenté sur la photo, les balais reçu sont des balais Marchal avec une armature en plastique alors que sur la photo ce sont des balais sans armature. De plus l'emballage du produit était détérioré, ouvert et avais pris l'humidité. Après contacte avec le vendeur toute ces commodités sont normal...

  MARCHAL ne fabrique plus rien depuis 1970 !!!! VALEO , créé en 1970 sur le regroupement de CIBIE MARCHAL DUCELLIER ... est toujours propriétaire de la marque et l'utilise pour des opérations marketing , toujours marqués MARCHAL et VALEO avec des balais évidemment 100% VALEO

  Very unclear communication on this sellers page. Firstly we were told they would arrive between 17th Feb and 21st Feb and they arrived at customs on the 22nd and we were then told we had to pay £48 additional customs fees that were not clear when we ordered. Customer Services is non existent and the person we have been communicating with is rude and unhelpful.

  Hello, you received everything by ebay to track your package the 17/02/2025, since the 20/02 Parcelforce is waiting for you to pay the custom charges, you refused to pay them and you asked to us to pay them instead of you. Since the Brexit, you have custom charges to pay when you buy something abroad. Best regards

  This seller failed to inform me that the item was being shipped from outside the U.K., resulting in an unexpected 30% import charge. When I raised the issue, his response was simply to ‘blame Brexit,’ which was neither helpful nor professional. According to eBay policy, he should have informed me of these additional costs before shipping. Overall, a disappointing experience—both in terms of transparency and customer service. I would not purchase from this seller again.

  nous ne pouvons connaitre les subtilités que le BREXIT impose à ses sujets . En FRANCE , on dit toujours que nul n'est censé ignorer la loi . Quand vous achetez en dehors du UK vous devez payer des taxes d'importation , c'est la conséquence de votre vote et nous n'y sommes pour rien !!!
