  Purchased an OEM Kia Optima motor mount that came directly from Korea. Was not in a hurry so I did not mind the extended wait to receive it. Seller made the delayed shipping known so not complaining about it...just not one you could purchase if you needed one in a hurry. Came well packaged, in original factory box - have not installed it yet but it is OEM so I suspect it to be excellent. Price was the lowest I found for OEM part so if you can wait a little...this is your seller....AAA+++

  KIA OEM parts as advertised. Good tracking information - arrived much sooner than promised. Went on easy and look great - much better than my old sun-faded ones. Good value - well packaged-flawless auction. Very happy buyer.

  Item as described - one emblem's paint job isn't perfect, which is unfortunate considering the cost. Shipping also took a while, ordered 5/13, received 6/5, so 17 business days from Korea to the US. The seller was responsive to emails.

  Excellent seller, very responsible and friendly, highly recommended. Very happy with my purchase. He was concerned that the purchased item was really in good condition, he notified me and maintained constant communication to let me know that the shipment would take a little while because he noticed that the item had a defect and therefore he would wait to have a replacement in optimal conditions, he kept me informed of the information and sent it as soon as the replacement arrived.   Part fit perfectly and was described accurately. Not sure if tariffs got in the way but this part took almost 4 weeks to be delivered and the tracking number never went live. Never contacted the seller about it but never heard from them either so 5 stars for the product, 2 for the communication (providing a tracking number at the least) and 1 star for shipping.
