  The fan for my DVR arrived in good condition within the promised timeframe, which was a little long because it was shipped from China. The price was good, but the shipping cost was higher by one cent... :-) I am overall satisfied with the purchase.

  Holes did not match when I tried installing. Drilled new holes and the connection did not match. I cut and spliced the old and new so the connection could be made. The fan worked and my DVR is quiet once again. Thought this was a 10 minute job turned out longer.
