  This seller has AMAZING customer service. I 1st ordered the Small diapers according 2 their instructions. Unfortunately they were 2 small. When I contacted them they offered 2 send me the Large size, so I could try them out; but they were also 2 small. 🫤 The seller was VERY kind & offered 2 pay the return shipping, (4 both packages. Even tho that is not their normal policy. If I would definitely buy from them again. 🙂

  Start by saying I owe this seller a great apology.. fustrated with eBay on lost items items not as described and/or cheap counterfeits I vented to this seller when they couldn't change a simple thing on the shipping. Realizing they don't ship from there warehouse they drop ship from wherever I got nervous not to receive the item before leaving for vacation. Well I'll be dipped! It arrived the day before I left on vacation. It was a day late but it made it... I will certainly buy from them again

  I was given a full refund, item was purchased before Christmas and they got really busy and sent me the wrong item. But they did let me keep the item and they refunded me. I totally understand because buying online seems to be the best way to shop for most people. Very good sellers just a sincere mistake. A+++!
