  The picture is great and the condition is exceptional. The picture has tremendous value and the quality is on point. The appearance is amazing and exactly what I expected with my purchase.   Hello. Excellent Seller. Excellent Packaging. The Engelbert Humperdinck Autographed Picture packaging arrived bent, and because the packaging arrived bent, the picture arrived bent as well, but , I don't think the seller was at fault, because the packaging was clearly marked with the words" Do not Bend," so I think the picture and packaging were bent by something or someone by mistake at the post office . The picture can still be framed though. Fast shipping . Thanks.

  The wrong item was sent initially, but the seller sent me the correct ordered item and allowed me to retain the mistaken autographed print even though I had offered to mail it back. I was very satisfied with the level of ethical quality communication that I had with the seller.
