  Photo was high quality and packaged well. Was listed as an 8x10 but was a 7x9. I liked photo so will keep it. Notified seller of discrepancy. Responded quickly and authorized a partial refund. Very satisfied with response.

  Item was as described and a good value. Packaging was not done well as the COA was wadded around the ball and the box was barely bigger than the ball itself. Seems shipping cost was a bit much considering the package size and there was a bit of a longer delay in shipping the item even though payment was prompt.

  Our apologies that you weren't 100% satisfied with this transaction. Just for reference, we ship our baseballs in boxes designed for baseballs. eBay charges the customer exact postage for the item. The purchase was made right before the long July 4th Holiday weekend, which is why shipping took a little longer than normal. We're very glad you received it safely and sincerely hope you enjoy it!
