  Glass Quality: 8/10, was a bit dusty but otherwise in impeccable condition- no scratches, no marks. Shipping Quality: 10/10, shipped incredibly fast, packaged incredibly well- but not TOO well, exactly what you’d want from such a fragile object. Service Quality: 10/10, remarkably responsive, answered all my questions and concerns with haste and effectively- if I ever break my window again, I know where to go.   I fully recommend this seller to anyone in the area. Auto-Glass-Depot has hundreds of windows and windshields in stock. Their prices can't be beat and they are extremely customer oriented. Communication is excellent and they will work with you on any problems you may run into. I'd like to personally recognize Shawn who handled my purchase. Please note I was close enough to not require shipping and Shawn refunded the shipping costs immediately.

  Outstanding f****** seller!! UPS broke the first pane they sent and they immediately sent me another which arrived safe and sound!! I cannot express enough how much good customer service like that means! It’s unheard of these days!! And their communication was bar none!!

  The correct door glass was sent but for the wrong side of the car. Manufacturer p/n error. They immediately corrected problem and sent the correct door glass. I would definitely do business with these guys in the future. Great customer service. A+++++++++++++++
