  I don’t usually leave comments or complaints on anything but these people deserve it. I ordered a torque converter kit for a go kart and when it came in the only thing that was in the box was a cover. I got in touch with them and they’ve went above and beyond to make it right even though it wasn’t their fault. Great people to do business with not sure on the product but I’m sure it’ll do just fine.

  I never received item. I contacted seller after USPS service said they didn’t have the package. Seller asked if I wanted a replacement, but never sent it. Seller will not answer messages. After a month I’ve filled claim with eBay for refund. Do not purchase from this seller.

  Seller sent wrong parts. After I sent them a message they responded within 48 hours to try to make things right. I never heard from the seller again despite my repeated replies and attempts to work things out. They ghosted me so I had to seek a refund through EBAY. I will not use this seller again.
