  The seller was a great eBayer. Great communication and the product was just as described. Shipping was fantastic and was very well packaged. I have not put the covers over the seat yet, but I don’t foresee any issues.

  The quality of the item is thick plastic, which is durable. It arrived in brand new packaging and condition. I also got it for a good value, as it was less than $5, compared to the $15 I would have paid on Amazon. The packaging had a simple appearance in a clear bag, and was very easy to use. The seller was also very communicative and easy to work with, which is always appreciated!

  We haven't seen the seat covers yet, since they don't ship to Alaska, but their communication has been great. The box was delivered quickly to our family in California. We are excited to see them and install the seat covers when they bring them up here on their next trip in a few weeks. But their website, communication and shipping have been great. I hope the seat covers will be just as great and fit well, but I trust they'll help if there's any problem. Reliable sellers for sure. Thanks

  Quality looks very good. They were brand new. Great price. Look like the factory originals to me. Communication not great with the seller at all. Mine originals did not have hog rings. I asked the seller 3 times for help. Finally got a reply with a video no help. I needed hog rings if he would have just told me that or had it in his ad that you need them. Could have sold me some and shipped with the seat covers. Poor customer service in my opinion.

  I: purchased this item because the description and details said it was confirmed to fit my particular vehicle. however, upon arriving, it was obvious that the part was not compatible because of physical design differences. After reaching out to the seller, they were very understanding and cooperative as we work through the process of confirming that the parts were not interchangeable and ultimately issuing me a timely refund.
