We asked for a replacement however the supplier had no individual bags and instead provided us a $2.00 refund which was above and beyond their responsibility. Nice product and great customer service.

When I received the item at the PO it was just an empty envelope. Obviously stolen in the mail. Upon contacting the seller, I was told I'd receive a replacement. In no time at all here it is! Very good seller!

Seller was very responsive and answered my questions and ultimately the request for refund very quickly. I'm sorry this transaction did not work out but it wasn't the sellers fault. No idea about the condition of the item obviously and they did ship it quickly but the USPS seemed bound and determined to make this a bad deal.

Marketplace refunded my money promptly as soon as they received my email. Very good communication with customer service. The shipping on this order was done quickly and they handle my concerns promptly and politely. I would order from this seller again.
