  I ordered the Steer Smarts 79072001 Yeti XD Service Bolt Upgrade Kit, but there was a shipping mix-up and I received an item that wasn’t what was pictured. It seemed like the contents got swapped with another package somewhere in transit. That said, the seller was awesome to work with; very personable and quick to help. We were able to get everything resolved with a refund. The overall experience wasn’t negative. Mistakes happen.

  Just want to start off by saying this is a 💯% honest review we ordered 16 tanning bed bulbs off them and we got them very fast I opened them everything was packaged very well no bulbs where broke or busted so I installed them and 1 out of 16 didn't work so I sent them a message through eBay and couple days went by and they sent us a new one with no hesitation. 10 out 10 perfect 💯 people to order from!

  Box arrived on time, no damage. Shock was well packaged. New as described. Appears heavy duty, it was sent with a black boot not red as seen in photos. Good price and now my steering system is all Yeti. Installing was a breeze. Looks great, haven't tried it out yet.
